Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 2-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged.
Do I need a PayPal Business account?
Yes. Only PayPal Business accounts allow for real-time payment notifications. Go to PayPal.com, log in, click Settings > Account Settings > Upgrade to Business Account, and follow the steps.
Is my personal information or my viewers’ data shared with third parties?
Never. We never display names or emails. All data is processed and hosted in Germany under full GDPR compliance.
Can I use animated alerts?
Yes – animated alerts are included in the 12-month subscription. Static alerts are available with all plans.
How do I add the alert to OBS?
Copy your unique alert URL into OBS as a “Browser Source.” No advanced configuration needed.
What’s the difference between pp-notify-me and Twitch/YT alerts?
With Twitch or YouTube, creators often receive 50% or less of each donation. With us, you keep ~97%, gain full branding control, and maintain viewer privacy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
